Name:[Gravitational Wave]
Description:"A propagating (to create [an effect] at a distance, as by electromagnetic waves, compression waves, etc., traveling through space or a physical medium) wave of gravitational energy produced by accelerating masses, especially during catastrophic events, as the gravitational collapse of massive stars." (Move description) A multi-hitting wave/pulse type move that traps and grounds a Pokemon. Hits all types neutrally; ignores stat increases. Does fixed amount of damage per hit (Similar to Seismic Toss); always hits five times. Does 33% total; therefore unable to three hit K-O; 33% + 33% + 33% = 99%. Unable to have any Critical hits. Deemed as a Status move.
Compatible Pokemon:Gravity Pokemon [Name Undecided as of posting]
How will this move affect the in-game: It will be the signature move of the gravity themed Pokemon. May have some lore about the move that ties into the Pokemon of past/present/future. Also will create a almost False Swipe type move when used three times on a wild Pokemon; where each use would be 33.333...% leaving the wild Pokemon at 0.1% (with rounding).
How will this move affect the server testing:We will see how the new type move will affect hp% and rounding because it will be 33.333...% = 99.9% over 3 turns (or that is how its supposed to work.
Pokemon/types/ability not affected by this move/ability: None.

This sounds like a really interesting move, the fact that it traps mons may make it overpowered if it does have 100% accuracy. But really I like this idea! On an unrelated idea, you should submit graviton into the pokemon concepts section, located here: projectluminite.boards.net/board/8/pokemon-concepts

So I'm not exactly sure how the move would work so I'll try to break it apart so I can understand what it should do. A multi-hitting wave/pulse type move that traps and grounds a Pokemon.Okay, so it has a Mean Look / Smack Down effect. That's pretty cool. (But why is it multi-hitting?)
Hits all types neutrally; ignores stat increases. As with most status moves yes. But remember that Ghost types are still able to escape, since they are immune to trapping moves/abilities. (As of Gen 6) Does fixed amount of damage per hit (Similar to Seismic Toss); always hits five times. Does 33% total;Status moves do not directly do damage. Pain Split is a equalizing of HP, and Shadow Half (if you really want to reach for moves) cuts everyone's HP by half. What always hits 5 times? Why is multi-hitting? It really makes no sense for it to do 6.6% damage 5 times. therefore unable to three hit K-O; 33% + 33% + 33% = 99%. Unable to have any Critical hits.Status Moves can't crit anyway, and can't directly KO a Pokemon. (What happens if you attack someone who has 30% HP?) Deemed as a Status move. With all the effects it has, and the potential to KO a Pokemon it can't be considered a Status move. (Now if it's an Special move, then it could be okay.) It's a pretty cool idea and I like it, but those are my thoughts.

I don't know why quoting isn't working for that post but this is my answers to your questions Ria:
"(But why is it multi-hitting?)"
From the description of a Gravitational Wave (Which is a real thing) it talks about multiple waves: "A propagating (to create [an effect] at a distance, as by electromagnetic waves, compression waves, etc., traveling through space or a physical medium) wave of gravitational energy produced by accelerating masses, especially during catastrophic events, as the gravitational collapse of massive stars." (Move description)
"As with most status moves yes. But remember that Ghost types are still able to escape, since they are immune to trapping moves/abilities. (As of Gen 6)"
You are correct that Ghost types are still able to escape and seeing as (If we are talking about mixing paranormal and scientific facts about ghosts) they are ghosts I do not believe they would be affected by this move which makes sense to me.
"Status moves do not directly do damage. Pain Split is a equalizing of HP, and Shadow Half (if you really want to reach for moves) cuts everyone's HP by half. What always hits 5 times? Why is multi-hitting? It really makes no sense for it to do 6.6% damage 5 times."
I said it was a Status move because there is no move (That i can think of immediately) that affects all Pokemon neutrally. I am unsure what you mean by "Shadow Half (if you really want to reach for moves) cuts everyone's HP by half." Is that supposed to be similar to the move Super Fang? It is multi-hitting from a response i said earlier in this post. Always hits five times because i don't want the move to be dependent on rolls, similarly to why it is a certain percentage. I want this because Gravity in and of itself is something that affects everything equality depending on weight, so perhaps the move should affect the Pokemon's weight like Heavy Slam; where is calculates the weight of the Pokemon when regarding damage calculations.
"Status Moves can't crit anyway, and can't directly KO a Pokemon. (What happens if you attack someone who has 30% HP?)"
The whole Status move thing was discussed above so yes in that sense it wouldn't hit a critical strike. If the move does a certain percentage of damage (like Seismic Toss) the move will eventually kill the Pokemon when the preset percentage of hp is 0%; thus forcing the opposing Pokemon to faint just like Seismic Toss.
"With all the effects it has, and the potential to KO a Pokemon it can't be considered a Status move. (Now if it's an Special move, then it could be okay.)"
Again the whole Status move thing was discussed above but yes it would have to change from a status to a special move or something of that nature.
Great i am glad you like it, i just hope we can implement it. By the way while i am posting this; I don't think the move will be over powered because it takes four uses of the move to kill any Pokemon, even a Sunkern! It would be more of a stall breaker and utility move.
