This is the Implemented Custom Abilityies (CA) list, which will be managed by Animaignis, Ria, and Giantsdms.
If you feel any of the implemented CA are broken please nominate them down bellow for a suspect and that will be considered by your suspect council. Any ability nerfs however, will be handled by the Ability Council and will have very little influence from the Nerf Council, if any at all.
If you have ideas for a potential CA you can post them here.

Top Dog: The user is immune to moves that are the same type as it.

Solidify: The user raises Defense one stage when hit by a Fire or Water type move.
Kindle: The user's Speed increases by one stage when hit by a Fire type move. The user is immune to Fire type attacks.
Mana Leech: The user's moves will always recover 1/4 of the damage they deal.
Zapper: The user deals 1/8th damage to foes that attack with a non-contact move.
Volatile: This Pokemon changes forms when under status effects.
Dream Leech: This Pokemon drains 1/2 of the damage dealt to a sleeping target.
Legendary Abilities:
Earth's Essence: While this Pokemon is active, a Ground move used by any Pokemon has 1.33x power.
Frost's Essence: While this Pokemon is active, a Ice move used by any Pokemon has 1.33x power.
Sun's Essence: While this Pokemon is active, a Fire move used by any Pokemon has 1.33x power.
Nature's Essence: While this Pokemon is active, a Grass move used by any Pokemon has 1.33x power.

Kindle: The user's Speed increases by one stage when hit by a Fire type move. The user is immune to Fire type attacks.
